I just want to say this recipe is amazing!!! I cannot by any means take credit for this guy. I found it on Pinterest and want to share how amazing it is. I have her recipe below with a few of my comments below, but I have linked the blogger who has a detailed post and printable recipe! CLICK HERE FOR HER SITE (Let's Dish)

Ingredients -3 Bananas, mashed (about 1 1/2 cups), large brown -1 Large Egg -1 cup All-purpose flour

-1/2 tsp Baking powder

-1/2 tsp Baking soda

-3/4 cup Brown sugar (packed)

-1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips

-1/2 cup Cocoa Powder

-1/2 tsp Salt

-1 tsp Vanilla -1/4 cup Canola or vegetable oil -1/4 cup Sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In a large bowl, combine the bananas and oil and stir until combined. Add  the brown sugar, egg, sour cream and vanilla and stir until smooth. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, and stir gently until just combined. I just put as many chips as I was feeling. Pour batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips over the top of the bread. Bake for 50-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean. (You may still have some chocolate on your toothpick from the chocolate chips).Remove the pan from the oven and set on a wire cooling rack. Allow bread cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before turning onto the wire rack to cool completely.

***I added 3/4 of a bag of semisweet chips to mine, it was soooo chocolately & delicious!
