These cookies are a favorite of my family! We make them for all occasions because they're such a crowd pleaser. They're small, soft, and delicious. It helps you get a bit carried away when eating them as well! My mom received this recipe from my aunt, since the pudding is a bit different of an ingredient. As you'll notice, I've experimented with other recipes using JELLO pudding as well.

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

1 cup (2 sticks of butter)

3/4 cup of packed Brown Sugar

2 3 oz Boxes JELLO Vanilla Pudding

2 Cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

2 Large Eggs

1 tsp Baking Soda

Steps;

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. The recipe was originated from the back of the Toll House Chocolate Chips bag, then we made a few adjustments! First, combine all dry ingredients. Put flour, baking soda, pudding mix, and salt in a bowl, set aside. Next combine wet ingredients in a big mixer bowl. Combine eggs, butter, vanilla, and brown sugar until creamy. Then add pudding. Mix with a hand mixer until creamy and smooth. Add dry mix to large mixing bowl with wet ingredients. Then, mix with mixer. Fold in dry spots of flour and chocolate chips until combined.

Then, scoop cookie dough with a cookie scoop (we use a watermelon scoop for the small size), and place onto an ungreased cookie sheet. We bake ours for 7-8 minutes until golden. Our oven cookies very quickly. Then, allow them to cool for 1-2 minutes before serving. These are AMAZING served warm with milk. You won't be able to stop eating them. They are also wonderful for a cookie tin.
